What I capture
Clear aerial stills and video for real-world decisions, not just pretty flyovers.
Construction progress
Repeatable progress documentation for stakeholders and project records.
Roof & exterior inspection
Hard-to-reach views that help spot issues without scaffolding on day one.
Events & landscapes
Cinematic aerials for venues, campuses, and scenic locations.
Who this is for
If you need a clear aerial record of a site anywhere in Ireland, I can usually fly it. Typical jobs include:
Surveying & site mapping
Overview stills and 3D context for surveyors, engineers, and landowners who need the full site in one pass.
Planning permission
Location context, neighbouring land, access, and site photographs to support planning applications and reports.
Legal & investigations
Dated aerial stills for solicitors, court packs, boundary disputes, and incident sites when a ground view is not enough.
Hotels & venues
Showreel clips and stills for hotels, lodges, and venues: the building, the setting, and the details guests actually book for.
Insurance & claims
Roof, storm, and property condition packs that show damage or state of repair without waiting on scaffolding.
Construction & development
Progress photography and stakeholder updates for builders, architects, and project managers.
3D capture & modelling
Beyond photos: a digital twin of the site from the air.
From a structured drone flight I can rebuild a site as a photorealistic 3D model. You get a digital record you can revisit from any angle, useful when stills and video alone do not tell the full story. Deliverables are tailored per job: stills from the model, exported 3D assets, or a shareable viewing package for clients and stakeholders.
Good for
- Property marketing and remote walkthroughs
- Surveying, planning, and investigation context
- Roof and exterior context without repeat site visits
- Insurance, court, and inspection support packs
Example of a site reconstructed from aerial footage.
Any angle, later
Revisit the site after the flight. No need to schedule another visit for a missed viewpoint.
Clearer than a flyover alone
Photorealistic detail that helps clients understand layout, condition, and context.
Easy to share
Hand off stills, exports, or a viewing package that stakeholders can open without specialist software.
Built from the same flight
Often captured alongside your photography or inspection pass, so one site visit covers more.
Client reviews
Feedback from recent aerial jobs.

“I commissioned Thomas to create a video for my hotel, Corrib Lodge in Connemara. He made the most of the views surrounding the property with a dynamic, high-quality video, selecting the best perspectives and focusing on key details like the rainbow and the lake. The editing he produced is exceptional and truly reflects his extensive experience. The pricing was also very competitive—the best offer I received among the many professionals I contacted. Highly recommended!”

“We had Thomas come to our school and record drone footage of the grounds and take aerial images of the buildings. He did a fantastic job and got us exactly what we were looking for. The videos and images were high quality and we are very happy.”
Questions before you book
Do you fly across all of Ireland?
Yes. I take jobs nationwide, not only in Galway. Share the site location and timing and I will confirm availability and travel.
Are you licensed to fly a drone?
Yes. I hold both EU (EASA) and US (FAA) drone licences, and operate within the relevant rules for each job.

Can you capture photos for planning permission or court?
Yes. I regularly produce clear, dated aerial stills for planning packs, investigations, and supporting documentation. Tell me the brief and any viewpoints you need.
